Can I install my metal art outdoors? All our products undergo powder coating, unless stated otherwise. Our metal art is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

How can I exhibit my metal art? Each product has various display options, including mounting holes, stud mounting, magnets, hooks, and more.

What are the dimensions of your metal art? The dimensions for each piece are provided in the product details on the respective product page.

Do you run promotions or provide discounts? Yes, we do. Stay informed by signing up for our email list and following us on social media.

How can I modify an existing order? Contact us at info@steelandsignature.com. If your order is already in production, we'll need to assess the requested change. If the revision requires reproducing your artwork, it may extend the manufacturing time and could entail additional costs.

Do you accept returns? Yes, we accept returns within the initial 30 days after purchase. However, returns for orders beyond 30 days from the purchase date are not accepted. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged? In the unfortunate event of shipping damage, please photograph the damaged item. Send the order number, photos, and a description to info@steelandsignature.com.

What if my order doesn't get delivered? If you face issues with the delivery of your package, we can assist in tracking and locating it. Typically, matters with the carrier can be swiftly resolved. If a package is delayed by 4 or more business days and the carrier is unable to provide a current location or updated delivery estimate, we will arrange for a re-shipment of your package. Upon the arrival of the second package, please refuse delivery and return it to the sender.
